MyChart Help Guide

MyChart Help Guide
A patient lays on a sofa and looks at MyChart on their phone.

Through MyChart, you can communicate with your health care team, request appointments, view test results, request prescription renewals, pay your bill and more.

Welcome to the MyChart Help Guide

MyChart, your personalized patient portal, is simple to use and keeps you connected to your health care — from wherever you are. This guide is designed to provide information for our patients who use MyChart. Learn about ways to securely message with providers, pay a bill, view lab results, self-schedule appointments with providers and more.

If you need further assistance, our technical support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-888-979-1414.

Learn how to sign up for MyChart to access your electronic health record.

This two-step security feature adds an extra layer of security to help keep your account safe.

Passkeys are digital login credentials that allow you to securely sign in to your account without a password or two-factor authentication.

Within MyChart, you can request non-urgent appointments with your current providers and self-schedule blood draw appointments.

Learn more about how you can use your MyChart account to view and pay your medical bills and check the status of financial assistance applications.

You can access your medical records and many test results in MyChart at any time.

You do not need to call your doctor’s office to request a prescription renewal – you can submit a request in MyChart.

Spouses, partners, caregivers, parents and legal guardians can request access to another patient's MyChart account.

MyChart allows you to connect with your care team through secure messaging.

A video visit is a secure online appointment between you and your provider using a computer, tablet or smartphone.
